The new Focus Econetic will be available in five-door and estate body styles and powered by a redesigned 103bhp 1.6-litre Duratorq TDCi which emits under 95g/km of carbon dioxide.

The new model will have a unique aerodynamic package with active grille shutter, ultra-low rolling resistance tyres and a revised final drive ratio with a revised six-speed transmission.

Standard Econetic equipment includes Ford Auto-Start-Stop, smart regenerative charging, Ford eco mode and shift indicator light.
