Citroen is launching a business centre programme to improve its sales and aftersales service to LCV customers, following a pilot scheme last year.

Ninety centres will open at in specific locations where existing dealers are prepared to invest in additional facilities, staffing and training.

They will also a stock a wider range of Citroën LCVs, including new Relay Specialist vehicles and models from Citroën’s Ready to Run programme.

Robert Handyside, commercial vehicle operations manager, said: “Citroën believes that the new Business Centre Programme will enable the company to provide an unrivalled level of sales and aftersales support for its LCV customers.”

The centres will offer additional services including extended service department opening hours, a wider range of while-you-wait service operations and courtesy vans.
