Steve Broughton has become chairman of AI Claims Solutions from July 1, when current incumbent Charles Good steps down after 10 years in the role.

Broughton has been a director of the accident management business for three years.

He also serves on the boards of several companies, including Fortis UK, and in the past was a director of Royal & Sun Alliance and Swinton Insurance.
