Ford and Tata are hoping to finalise the sale of the Jaguar and Land Rover brand by the middle of February, according to Roger Maddison, national officer of the Unite union.

Automotive News Europe said the union wants to meet Tata executives on February 8 to finalise arrangements for pensions before contracts are signed.
