John Woolley has been appointed as the new managing director for Black Horse Motor & Leisure Finance.

Woolley took up the job on March 21 and has responsibility for the profitability and growth of Black Horse motor, motorcycle, caravan, fleet finance and joint finance companies.

He replaces Phil Stones who retired at the end of the year after surviving a minor heart attack in 2005.
