Tyre manufacturer Michelin is recalling a batch of tyres after the discovery of an anomaly that could cause rapid deflation.

The recall affects 255/35 ZR 20 97Y Michelin Pilot Sport Extra Load tyres. Analysis of customer returns in Europe revealed a problem that could lead to a rapid loss of air pressure in the tyre, a potential safety risk. As a precautionary measure, Michelin will exchange all the subject tyres.
