Recruitment consultant Steele-Dixon has launched a new recruitment marketing division. It will provide motor manufacturers, the agencies that work for them and franchised dealer groups with
specialist staff who have an established career history in automotive marketing at senior level.
David Sutherland is heading up the new unit. He emphasises that it will focus not just on sales, but on aftersales as well.
“It is vital for manufacturers that their dealers market themselves in a way that supports their brand values, with the support of field forces who can help them with their marketing and other CRM activities,” says Sutherland.
