New aftersales contracts receive mixed verdicts from dealers in different German networks in magazine poll.
The August poll of dealers on the topic of new aftersales contracts carried out by German trade magazine Autohaus reveals that 62% of VW dealers and 56% of Audi dealers feel their new block exemption-compliant contracts have set standards too high. A third of Mercedes dealers felt the same, but in contrast, 34% of dealers for Peugoet, Citroen and Renault indicated that the standards in their contracts were too low.
