We are now accepting entries for next year's event, which will take place at the International Convention Centre, Birmingham on February 26. Winners in each of the categories listed below will be the companies that display innovation, quality and high standards, resulting in strong profits performance and outstanding levels of customer service.
Official auditor for the 2004 Awards is Carter & Carter, the Peterborough-based management and business consultants. They will carry out independent auditing and additional data for the awards through a combination of face-to-face interviews and mystery shopping exercises.
AM editor Stephen Briers says: “Next year's awards will be bigger and better than ever with two new categories focusing on manufacturers' fast-fit and used vehicle programmes. This reflects AM's position as the newspaper for the entire automotive industry.”
Judges for AM Awards 2004 are Stephen Briers, AM editor and chairman, Piers Trenear-Thomas, client service director at Grant Thornton Motor Retail, John Kiff of the International Car Distribution Programme, and Chris Oakham, an analyst for AM sister organisation Sewells Information & Research.
