Kia Motors Corporation's first quarter net profit surged 43.2 per cent to 141.6 billion won.

Kia's sales rose 18.3 per cent to three trillion won, operating profit increased 8.7 per cent to 130.6 billion won, and recurring profit rose 20 percent to 152 billion won.
