AM sister title Car magazine has voted Vauxhall's £25,995 VX220 Turbo performance car of the year, seeing off Aston Martin and Porsche. Angus Mackenzie, Car and former AM editor, said the VX won “because it fulfilled every criteria better than any other car on test”. Vauxhall says VX220 sales have doubled since the 200bhp version was introduced.
