MG Rover dealer Holden Motors has been presented with the Investors in People award. Presenting the award Denise Anderson, Business Link for Norfolk chief executive, said it was a “remarkable achievement” considering the audit was carried out while Holden Motors changed from being Volvo franchise.
Holden Motors' general manager James Jones said: “People don't like change, they find comfort in familiarity and naturally resist change. The key is to communicate the benefits to them of change, while impressing on them the need to maintain high levels of customer focus and service. I'm immensely proud of my team.”
