Bodyshops are beginning to take advantage of online ordering systems according to R-M Automotive Refinish, which launched its @quisition service last year.

R-M @quisition, accessed via the www.rmpaint.net website, allows repairers to place and track orders for refinish materials in real time.

R-M @quisition is also available via Wap phone technology, enabling repairers to make out-of-office enquiries. The website includes a database offering product information, colour formulations for 41 carmakers and training programmes.
