Manheim Auctions is becoming more active in the commercial vehicle market after extending its Cyberlot interactive service to include trucks/vans and launching its first LCV Cashcade sale.

Jonathan Holland, Manheim Interactive Services director, said: “Cyberlot Truck and Cyberlot Van are natural additions to the Manheim OnLine services. We have signed an exclusive deal with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles to remarket LCVs via a closed Cyberlot. This includes an online auction.”

The Cashcade LCV sale, which took place in Gloucester, attracted more than 190 buyers from across the UK. Alex Wright, Manheim Auctions group commercial vehicle manager, said the event highlighted the buoyancy of the LCV market.
