Workshop Controller Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager in driving workshop business and throughput forward and inspire the team of Technicians to ensure that every customer's vehicle is repaired or serviced in a timely manner to the high standards associated with the brand and in accordance with Company policies and standards. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of people management, loading requirements, labour sales targets, should be able to work at a fast pace with attention to detail and ensure that Manufacturer guidelines are adhered to.

The ideal Workshop Controller:

To be considered for this role, it will be essential that you have experience of or are currently working in a large franchised workshop or Service department. Applications are encouraged from candidates who currently work as a Senior/Master Technician or clearly as a Workshop Controller in a busy automotive environment. Interpersonal, organisational and administrative abilities are pre-requisite.
