An exciting opportunity has been created at Rygor Commercials Oxford for a Warranty Administrator to join their team.

The Role

Rygor is looking for an organised and efficient Warranty Administrator/Coster to join its award-winning team at its Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Oxford.

Your role will be to administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty and R&M procedures and to ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to your area of responsibility are always adhered to.

 

About You

Rygor Oxford are looking for someone who is keen to take on a new challenge with a brand that is at the forefront of technology and innovation. You will have worked in a similar role within the motor trade, ideally commercial vehicles previously, have fantastic customer service skills and ideally a technical understanding. You will ideally have experience of using Kerridge/Keyloop and have high levels of attention to detail. You will be flexible, and ideally have retail invoicing experience.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
