Technician – Prep Carz Glasgow £Competitive Hourly Rate, Excellent OTE + Benefits!! 44 Hours per week Peter Vardy Ltd is a dynamic, fast paced business who are always one step ahead in the motor retailing industry. Our unique Carz dealership in Hillington is the busier than ever. Due to the increase in demand and the exciting expansion of our workshop and bodyshop we have opportunities for skilled Prep Technicians to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. Who are we are looking for: * Prep Technicians * What you will be doing: * Carry out Vehicle checks to PVL standards * Carry out primary & secondary diagnosis as per PVL standards * Carry out used car checks as per PVL guidelines in required time scales * Ensure that 114 checks are sent to Parts Dept for pricing in a timely manner * Fit all necessary parts to manufacturer guidelines within guidelines of required timeframe * Maintain a clean working environment * Ensure all job card write ups in line with PVL standards * Exceeds 100% of productive efficiency target as per PVL standard * Ensure all H&S aspects are adhered to in line with company policy * Identify cost savings through regular communication with Supervisor/Line manager What do you need: * Minimum NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance * Full UK Driving Licence * Multi-brand experience is highly desirable Key benefits- The Peter Vardy difference * Industry leading compensation package- you are in control of your own earnings * Discounts on new and used cars * Contributory pension scheme * 3 days holiday * Award winning In-house training * Great career development opportunities If you would love to be part of our Peter Vardy family, please APPLY now with an up to date copy of your CV.
