Personal Car Buyer

We are working with a leading Car Finance Broker Based in Manchester and we are on the lookout for a Personal Car Buyer focussing on the customer journey from start to finish, offering honesty and clarity throughout the buying process.

Their ambitious projections for 2022 mean team leader/management opportunities will be available to the right candidate as we progress through the year.

33 days holiday including bank holidays

Every other Saturday Required & Every Other Sunday Required

Job Description:

Contacting pre-approved customer via the system within the required contact times;
Creating rapport with the Customers and Dealership to maintain excellent relations and the best outcome for the Customer;
Understanding the Customers' needs to support them ins sourcing their perfect car match;
Work with dealership to secure the best deal on the right car for the Customer;
Liaising with the customer and dealership to ensure a quick and seamless transaction;
Working with the Personal Assistance including a full handover to facilitate the onward Customer Care journey.
Personal Requirments:

Must have excellent organisation skills;
Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable;
A passion for providing a great customer experience;
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally;
Have the ability to take ownership of tasks in a timely manner;
To be passionate and motivated for the business and yourself;
Have experience working towards and exceeding targets.
