Group HR Manager.

CIPD qualifications Level 5 will be ideal, along with Generalist HR experience for 2 years plus -  which is essential.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the 3 Group Directors. 

Salary £45000 plus car & company pension& life insurance.

The HR role will cover the 3 Group Companies in the Arden Group - working a day or two at each site per week, as well as working from home. 

An HR Generalist facilitates the hiring of employees for an organisation or company. They are responsible for managing employee benefits and welfare, helping employees with their career development, managing the employees training portfolios, inducting and on-boarding of new starters, and providing management with advice on laws and regulations affecting labour relations.

Pre-requisite skills required:

  • Proficiency in commonly used word processing software packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of the hiring process
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • The ability to work well with team members and management
  • Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills for storing and accessing different types of information on a daily basis
