Our clients prestige car dealership is recruiting an F&I Renewals Specialist.

About the position

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Show the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
• Show the ability to work well in a team.

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the F&I Renewals Specialist position involves:

• Contacting customer by telephone/email to review current finance agreements
• Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge
• Focusing on achieving a high retention
• Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Requirements

We'd expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

• Customer awareness.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Full driving license.

This position would suit an experienced Car Sales Executive with a proven track record of F&I Sales, or a Business / Transaction Manager looking to do something different.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm with NO WEEKENDS.

Salary = £25k basic / £40k OTE
