We are currently recruiting for an After Sales Co-ordinator for our client based in Smethwick.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Replying to Customer emails and telephone enquiries.
* Identifying spare parts and providing customers with quotations for our new product line
* Processing customer orders via email, and company website to process in Sage
* Picking and packing of goods.
* Arrange despatches and collections via courier services.
* Manage parts website.
* Dealing with defective spare parts and warranty claims.
* Co-ordinating and communicating with various departments in the business.
* Liaising with customers and Service Agents.
* General administration duties.
The right candidate will have the following experience:
* Experience in an Automotive Parts environment.
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Experience of using Sage
The right candidate will also have the following qualities:
* Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service
* Attention to detail
* Highly organised
* Professional telephone manner
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 12:30pm
