Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an After Sales Administrator based in Biggleswade for a multinational manufacturing company.

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday.
The role…
As the After Sales Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
Liaise with service Engineers and the sales and after-sales team.
Collate information sufficient to support an internal or external invoice.
Create internal and external invoices.
Input engineers' times to build up the cost bases for invoices and for payroll.
Maintain machine records.
Attend meetings and exhibitions off-site and overseas.
The experience required…
As a successful After Sales Administrator, you will have the following:
Previous Sales Admin experience is essential.
Track record of managing and building commercial relationships.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
