Cooper Solutions has appointed a new account manager and IT support manager following growth the business has experienced.
Sam Smith has joined as account manager. He joins after working previously in the insurance and claims department of NFU Mutual and at Listers Volkswagen as a sales executive. He will be working with Cooper Solutions’ customer base of 1,700 dealers.
Ashley Whitfield joins as an IT support manager to support the company’s web-based products.
Dean Pipitone, director at Cooper Solutions, said: “Both Sam and Ashley will play pivotal roles in our ongoing business development.
As an account manager, Sam will be on the front line with our clients, supporting them on a day-to-day basis and also promoting our product portfolio.
“I’m also delighted to welcome Ashley on board. As a provider of cutting-edge technology for the automotive retail sector, we need a solid IT department which is able to deliver the highest level of support to our customers. I’m confident Ashley will be a big part of that.”
