JCT600 has been recognised for the strength of its finance and insurance performance in 2017 at DealTrak’s annual F&I Awards.

The Yorkshire-based AM100 group was on home soil for the event which took place just yards from DealTrak’s headquarters, at Leeds’ New Dock Hall, and follows its success at The Car Finance Awards earlier this year when it won The Best Retailer for Finance Award.

Group chief executive John Tordoff was on hand to collect the award on the night Simon Barrass, finance and insurance director at JCT600, was on hand to comment on the win.

He said: “I am extremely grateful for the efforts of all my colleagues and very proud that we have been recognised this way as we progress to another record-breaking F&I performance in 2017.”

JCT600 won the F&I Award as the franchised dealer or dealer group that best convinced the judges that it had fully integrated compliance and F&I processes successfully into its business.

DealTrak said that the awards’ judges were looking for “a shining example of best practice” with the winner having shown that the sometimes conflicting agendas of sales and F&I had been successfully combined to produce an F&I performance (and customer experience) of which to be proud.
