Hampshire-based Hendy Group is sponsoring the Southern Vipers cricket team in the first Kia Women’s Super League.

Hendy is supplying two Kias for use by players and is the shirt sponsor for the team.

Based at the Ageas Bowl in Hampshire, the Southern Vipers are led by England captain Charlotte Edwards with the team including three England players, three overseas players, and three England Women’s Academy players.

Hendy is indeed supplying two vehicles for use by players and is the shirt sponsor.

Paul Hendy, Hendy Group’s chief executive, said: “We have a long association with supporting cricket in the south.

“The Kia Super League has been set up to inspire more women and girls play cricket at all levels and that is something we are pleased to support.”
