The 2024 AM100 research into the UK's largest car dealer groups was revealed on Tuesday, November 19.

An AM100 webinar had AM editor Tim Rose and Chris Bond (pictured), head of accountancy firm BDO's motor retail team which researches dealer group accounts with AM, outline some of the main trends from this year's research before the webinar ended with a full countdown of the new AM100 rankings.

Given the recent developments in the motor finance sector after Court of Appeal rulings on commission, we also invited Adrian Dally, head of motor finance at the Finance & Leasing Association as our special guest, to give an update on the details that dealerships need to know and share his insights into what the next steps could be.Adrian Dally

And our panellists Billy Coutin, global chief executive at GardX; Paul Flood, chief technology officer at Direct Affinity; Craig Ford, head of digital solutions at mfldirect; John Hogan,  chief executive at Realworld Analytics; and Damian Tyler, European business development and commercial director – automotive at Assurant, will share their thoughts on the opportunities for the AM100 in 2025.

A few dealer group leaders saw a preview of the AM100 findings after Automotive Management Live this week at an exclusive invitation-only AM100 Dinner. But the webinar will mark the official reveal.
