GardX Protection has appointed Richard Hage (pictured) as head of insurance services, representing its expanding insurance brand, GardX Assure.

Hage, who has 15 years' automotive technology, finance and insurance experience, said: “GardX is a nimble forward thinking business who provides solutions to make the car buying experience rewarding. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?”

Hage was head of sales at Mapfre Warranty prior to joining GardX in 2012.
