The Finance & Leasing Association plans to raise its profile by appointing Russell Hamblin-Boone as its first communications head from January.

He will be responsible at a strategic level for the FLA’s internal and external communications.

Hamblin-Boone is deputy to the CEO at the Energy Retail Association and was instrumental in setting up the sector’s lobbying arm in 2003.
