Automotive consultants rts will be conducting an extensive online survey, ‘Rate your Job’, in association with the Institute of the Motor Industry and AM.

Retaining staff is a real challenge for the automotive sector. The results of this research will provide companies with important information to help you understand staff needs and how you can improve loyalty and retention.

The survey starts next month with the results due to be published in AM in February 2008.
