Nationwide Autocentres, the UK’s largest independent garage group, has opened a second garage in Cambridge.

The opening will see the company’s portfolio rise to 211 units.

The new, purpose built service centre is located at Coral Park Trading Estate. It features nine ramps, two MOT testing bays, one for cars and light vans, with another for heavier class seven vehicles.

Following a thorough audit by the AA, the service centre will become part of the ‘AA Approved’ Nationwide Autocentre network. In common with the other centres owned by Nationwide, all work will be covered by a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee. The centre will also operate the Nationwide price promise to match any price for the same goods or services locally (within seven days) and will offer points to all Tesco Clubcard holders.

The new Coral Park centre will be managed by Kevin Arbon, who was previously in charge of the other Cambridge centre on Clifton Road.
