Aftermarket buying group United Aftermarket Network (UAN) has broken the 100-branch barrier with the appointment of its latest distributor, south London-based commercial vehicle factor LC Davis & Sons.

UAN, which has been running for almost two years, now contains 68 car and CV factors with a total of 102 branches in the network.

LC Davis & Sons managing director Chris Davis says: “UAN has outlined a clear CV programme and strategy going forward for factor operations such as ours and we are delighted to play an active role.

“We have built our reputation on supporting customers with a comprehensive package of products and services, delivered with both integrity and honesty and I believe UAN holds the same key values.”

UAN has a steering committee designed to help take the group forward and ensure closer communication and transparency with suppliers.

The committee works with UAN managing director Andrew Dickinson to identify key opportunities for the group as well as playing a key role in monitoring the performance of approved UAN suppliers.
