Audatex, supplier of vehicle damage estimating systems, has announced a re-shape and expansion of its insurer services team.

Former KPMG claims management specialist Ian Anderson has been appointed new business manager.

Audatex has tripled the size of its dedicated insurer services team and has put in place an account management structure to manage key accounts. A team of account managers, each supported by operations and customer support specialists, reports to Audatex insurer services director Paul Richardson.
