BP has launched a new range of fully synthetic engine oils called BP Visco 7000 0W/40 and 0W/30. Both oils were developed in partnership with VW. The Visco 7000 0W/40 offers greater protection for high performance engines while the 0W/30 oil is for economy motoring.
As part of a new support programme BP's area business managers work closely with dealer managers to carry out training on how to sell the new BP Visco 0W/40 and 0W/30 synthetic oils.
BP has also developed Fast Track which aims to demonstrate the potential profit by upgrading customers to a synthetic engine oil.
The scheme includes a free trial upgrade for customers and a financial model to illustrate increased dealer profitability.
This is offered through BP's increased range of engine oils, with a choice of Duckhams Hypergrade, Duckhams Premium QXR and the new top of the range BP Visco 7000.
