Reporting to the Group Bodyshop Manager, the main objectives of the post are to:

To carry out alloy wheel repairs only if the damage is deemed to be of a minor and repairable nature. 

To carry out minor body repairs including painting and other Smart repairs.

Such repairs are to be carried out efficiently, competitively and to company standards.

To monitor and control technicians work load increasing number of wheel repairs output.

To drive the department productivity and efficiency.

Essential criteria for the position includes:

Ability to carry out body repairs including painting and other Smart repairs.

Excellent customer service and organisation skills.

Excellent administrative skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Ability to work within a team environment.
