Job Title Warehouse Operative - MHE Driver **Internal applications only** Reports to Job Title Location Deer Park Road - Deer Park Road, NTH NN3 6RX GB (Primary) Category Operations Job Type: Full-time Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Operative - MHE Drivers **Internal Applications only** Site: Deer Park Road (Northamptonshire, East Midlands) Core Days: Any 5 from 7, typically Monday – Friday Core Hours: 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 Rotating 37.5 hours per week We now have an internal opportunity for a Warehouse Operative - MHE Driver on a full time, permanent basis at our Deer Park Road site. The Role Responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Company by supporting the day-to-day running of the Warehouse. Liaising with other warehouse operatives, site management team to maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities - Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the warehousing duties, functions and requirements. - Maintain a detailed understanding of legislation and regulation affecting warehouse. - Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times, reporting any incidents to the appropriate manager. - Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the site at all times. - Working to KPI’s & SLA’s as identified by the customer. Transferrable Skills - FLT Reach, VNA and PPT Certificates are essential. - Willing to train and undertake relevant courses. - Able to prioritise work based on scheduling and available resources. - Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. - Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative. - Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns. - Should have good oral and written communication skills. - Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems.
