Lloyd Motor Group is the largest prestige motor group covering Cumbria, the North East, Lancashire, North Yorkshire and the South of Scotland and has been successfully trading for over 40 years. Lloyd Motor Group currently has 6 BMW and MINI retailers as well as operating 8 franchise dealerships representing brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Kia, Honda, Honda Motorcycles and Motorrad, and 5 state of the art Bodyshops. Working within a busy dealership, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following; • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices and Credit Notes. • Logging these documents onto the IT System and following up Managers authorisations • Reconciling the Purchase Ledger to suppliers’ statements and processing prompt payments • Chasing copy invoices and dealing with suppliers on the telephone is essential The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience; • Excellent communication and organisational skills • IT Literate • General office / administration experience • Effective time management • Professional telephone manner • Experience of using Kerridge would be an advantage, however full training will be given This is a fixed term contract until September 2021.
