Mobile Car Park Attendant – Wrexham and surrounding areas – Weekends – 20 hours a week - £9.90 per hour

We have had a position arise for a Mobile Car Park Attendant to work weekends at Wrexham station and other boarder stations. You will need to support the Operations Manager in enforcing, and maintaining the Car Park Contract. This will ensure compliance with the agreement between APCOA Parking Services and Client requirements. You will resolve customer concerns, patrol car parks, deter crime and implement traffic control measures.
This is a part-time position - covering North Wales and boarder’s railway stations

What you’ll do

 You will ensure all car park equipment is in good working order at all time.
 You will enforce parking policies by issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCN’s), warning notices and customer awareness
 You will deal with customer queries, requests for assistance and complaints
 You will complete daily car park inspections relating to Health and safety and report findings to management
 You will ensure delivery of all contractual requirements and SLA/KPI’s to the satisfaction of APCOA and its clients
 You will report criminal doings in accordance with company practices
What you'll bring

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships 
Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Full Clean Driving License
A reliable, responsible and flexible attitude to work and proactive nature
