Connex Education are working with a range of Special Needs Schools around the Whitley, CV3 and Nuneaton, CV11 area. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistants with experience of working with pupils with a range of special needs. We are looking to recruit on a day to day, short- and long-term basis.
The successful candidates will ideally have:
Proven abilities in working in partnership with the class teacher
Being well organised, proactive, resourceful and energetic.
Excellent behaviour management skills
To work one to one with an individual child, or with a small group of children in a larger classroom situation
All applicants must have at least 6 months experience of working with SEND Pupils.
