After Sales Administrator

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is one of the UK`s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.

This role:

To effectively assist the Resales team by providing high quality efficient and effective administrative support across all functions within the team.

Working pattern for this role is Mon to Fri 9am-5:30pm. This position supports hybrid working and is a full-time permanent role.

Provide administrative support to the progression team
To handle customer enquiries (by telephone, email, post) in a professional and supportive manner, displaying product knowledge.
Log all customer contacts, maintaining accurate records using the appropriate database and case management systems relating to resales and interim staircasing.
Provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for department/company.
Preparing and compiling management packs for legal progression.
Setting up of residents accounts dealing with account adjustments & refunds.
Ensure legislative and regulatory guidelines and policies are followed.
Ensure MTVH policies and procedures are followed at all times.
To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.What you'll need to succeed:

Proven experience of providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Evidence of championing customer service and innovation in service delivery
Flexible approach and strong commitment to Equal Opportunities
Demonstrable continuous business improvement philosophy and practice
Providing sales and agency services to third parties and customers.
Excellent organisational skills
