Workshop Controller

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?  

Working in on of our state of the art preparation centres and working on every make and model of vehicle imaginable, you will have the unrivalled opportunity to develop, grow and perfect the skills of yourself and your team. 

The main part of the role is to ensure that the workshop is operating productively and efficiently. You will lead and manage a team of technicians and ensure that the work is carried out in order and to the highest possible standard. 

You will also deputise for the Service Manager in their absence. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL? 

Ideally you will have a technical background with experience in a workshop, preparation centre or service centre. Some experience or knowledge of managing and leading a team would also be of benefit. 

Good organisation skills, excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail will be essential as well. 

You will also need to have a full driving license.
