Euro Car Parts has won a national contract to supply components and consumables to the RAC's fleet of roadside assistance patrols.
The contract, worth up to £10m a year, was formerly held by Unipart Automotive.
With over 2,000 patrol vans, RAC needs a fast supply of all types of parts for any vehicle, so that urgent repairs can be carried out at the roadside.
Mark Johnson, parts, tools and equipment manager at RAC, said: “Euro Car Parts will provide the availability of parts to further improve our industry-leading roadside repair rate.
"We are particularly impressed with their huge stock range, sourced from major OE parts manufacturers including many products generally regarded as ‘main-dealer only’.”
ECP Director David Bevan added: “We are extremely proud to have this opportunity to support the excellent service that RAC provides to its members.”
Euro Car Parts has a network of 80 branches and over 100,000 different parts in stock for all vehicle marques.
