National Franchise Director – Stratstone Land Rover

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the world’s iconic brands as our Land Rover National Franchise Director.

Throughout England, including our flagship Mayfair store, into the heart of Wales you will be responsible for ensuring the Land Rover Division consistently delivers all key performance criteria and joint customer, team and manufacturer objectives.

Continuing our strong performance, we are looking for someone who shares our drive for success, ambition and vision to take this important part of our business onto the next stage as it grows in line with our manufacturer’s aspirations.

You will require excellent leadership skills and have the ability to develop and coach a winning team on a multi-site basis, delivering optimal performance levels aligned to market opportunities.

It is not essential you are a specialist in the brand as we offer comprehensive training along with an in depth induction programme which will equip you with the knowledge to fulfil the role. However we do require someone who has recent experience within our industry, and is proficient in managing multi-site operations, with a proven track record of achieving results.
